Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@levelgripper.com with your issue and your order number.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
